What is BargainBaseballCards.com?
We saw a problem in late 2001.  You can't find singles any more unless they are of superstars.  If you are building a set, finding those last few cards can be an arduous task.  Its much more difficult than it should be.  We also noticed that mid-level player collectors have been left in the dark. Everyone sells Barry Bonds and Cal Ripken, but how many sites are selling Rafael Furcal or J.T. Snow?  Most sites don't cater to those markets because its not very profitable.  Its not profitable for two reasons.  #1. Most baseball card websites are not developed by programmers.  They are developed by baseball card collectors/shop owners.  They can't efficiently list large amounts of cards.  #2. Most baseball card websites grossly overcharge for cards.  Who is going to pay $0.50 or $1.00 for a $0.30 card of J.T. Snow?  But that is what other sites charge..  (Further along is a price comparison for mine and other sites to show how outrageous some sites can be with their pricing.)  So, we decided to develop a website that would cater to the set-builders and player collectors.  We still sell some nice high-end cards, but the bulk of our business is inexpensive singles.  We decided we could provide collectors with the cards no one else was willing to sell and do it for pennies. (literally) So.. here we are.

Do you really have the best prices on the web?
In a word.  Yes.
Price comparison for 3 sites.  Ours and the two that are generally considered the most 'popular' on the web:
Card:   (prices as of 11/18/02) BV: Us Site 1 Site 2
1999 Finest Bagwell  $1.50   $0.60  $1.05 $1.00
1990 Score Clemens  $0.50   $0.20  $1.00 $0.50
1990 Upper Deck Clemens  $1.00   $0.40  $1.00 $1.00
1991 Donruss Clemens  $0.60   $0.25  $1.00 $0.50
2002 Leaf Gold Leaf RC #9  $6.00   $3.00  $4.80 N/A
2000 Upper Deck MVP Abreu    $0.20   $0.08  N/A $0.50

This is just a small sampling of what we've found.  We haven't found a single website with the selection we have and the prices to match.  If you find one, please forward us a link, we'd love to check it out.

I can't get the shopping cart to work!
The shopping cart requires that your computer accepts cookies.  Some people have cookies turned off on their computer.  If you want to use the shopping cart you'll need to turn cookies on for your browser.  We always accept email orders.  Just send an email to: chris@bargainbaseballcards.com and we'll respond promptly with shipping rates and payment options.

What are your shipping rates?
We constantly evaluate our shipping rates to ensure we are not overcharging or undercharging on shipping.

We don't provide set rates here because our method for determining shipping rates is somewhat complex and depends on where you are.  During checkout you are provided with a few options.  Delivery Confirmation is included for all orders.  On orders under two pounds insurance is optional and up to you.  (Over two pounds we use FedEx and Insurance is included)  We don't want you to pay for services you don't feel you need, but if insurance is not selected we are not responsible if your order does not arrive or is damaged.

All of our cards are shipped in hard cases or top-loaders (even commons) and bubble mailers.  You don't want to receive dinged up cards, and we don't want you to either.  We've shipped thousands of orders over the past 2 years and have not had a single instance of cards being damaged en route.

If the instance arises where it appears that you are paying too much for shipping just email us and ask us about it.  We can check for exact shipping costs and let you know.  We always refund customers if they have overpaid on shipping.

Do you ship to APO's?
Yes, we do ship to APO's, but the USPS is the only carrier that delivers to APO's and they will not provide insurance or delivery confirmation.  Being that we have no ability to insure your package, or guarantee that it has arrived all deliveries to APO's are not guaranteed.  No exceptions.  We've never had any problems, but we must protect ourselves on that front.

If ordering from a military installation the appropriate military state codes are listed in the state lists.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely!

If you are ordering from Canada you can select that option when checking out, and you will be provided with an accurate shipping total and shipping options.  You must select UPS/FedEx if you want your package guaranteed.  US Funds only!

If you are from anywhere else on the globe enter your country when checking out.  If your order is under 160 cards you will be provided with a Global Priority mail shipping rate.  If you would like your order shipped air-mail, you have ordered more than 160 cards, or you have ordered boxes email us after placing your order to receive your total.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Credit Cards through our own secure server, as well as Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders.   You can send cash if you'd like but we do not recommend doing so.

We accept Paypal and US Money orders from International Customers.
